About Strengthening Bones

Your Path to Health is providing an exercise class open to anyone that would like to strengthen their bones and improve their balance.

What we are providing:

45 minute exercise class supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Exercise are safe and specifically tailored to you and your fitness level
It does not matter if you are new to exercise you can grab an initial consult that screens you before starting the class.


Slow the decline of bone loss or even improve your bone mineral density.
Reduce risk of falls and fractures
Give you the tools and education to self-manage
