About Women’s Health Classes

Our  Women-only programs are designed by women, for women, working with women to achieve their goals. These are small group classes where each individual is provided with an individualised program that will be tailored to you. All classes are supervised by an Exercise Physiologist, they will help coach you through your exercises and answer any questions you may have.

The program aims to create a safe environment for women that don’t typically enjoy exercise or commercial gyms. Weight loss and management is a key focus of our program.
