At Your Path to Health we run Mighty Mums, which is an exercise and support program for new mums and their beautiful bubs. This program suits anybody from 6 weeks – 7 months post-partum and it is so much more than just an exercise group, its support, education, rehabilitation, friendship and more.

- Designed and run by Jessica Pearce (experienced exercise physiologist)

What is included:
- Weekly 60 minute exercise and education session
- Individualised exercise programming and advice
- Weekly home programs and modifications for your needs.
- Education – post partum barriers, mental health check, pelvic floor and so much more.
- Support network – including a private Facebook discussion board for questions, support, and constant communication with others mums as well as professionals.
