At Your Path to Health we have a comprehensive group exercise timetable run both out of Rosny and Derwent Park Clinics. With a wide variety of classes, so no matter your age or level of physical function, we have an exercise program that is going to help you to move more and feel better.

  • Classes for functional fitness (FT)
  • Classes for those with heart and lung disease (Lungs in Action)
  • Classes designed for seniors or those just looking to move more including our  Exercise Under Supervision program (EUS) and senior circuit (50+)
  • Classes for those with Type 2 Diabetes
