Have you ever wanted to join a group exercise class at the gym? But haven’t felt comfortable or found big group classes hard to keep up. At Your Path to Health we run small group classes perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness level, lose a couple of extra kilos or love working hard with others.

Seniors Program

Here at Your Path to health we have a range of affordable and supportive program for seniors. All of our senior programs run both out of our Rosny and Derwent Park Clinics.

Post-Natal Classes

At Your Path to Health we run Mighty Mums, which is an exercise and support program for new mums and their beautiful bubs!
The program includes:
* Weekly 60 minute exercise sessions
* Individualised exercise programming and advice
* Safe but effective home programs
* Education – postpartum barriers, mental health check, pelvic floor, return to core exercises and so much more.

Type 2 Diabetes

Having Type 2 Diabetes shouldn’t be a life sentence. Diabetes can be very well managed by improving lifestyle choices. Our Type 2 Diabetes group classes are aimed at those with Type 2 Diabetes who are ready to make a change to improve their lifestyle.

Lungs In Action

Lungs in Action is Lung Foundation Australia’s community based maintenance exercise program for people with stable chronic lung conditions who have completed a pulmonary rehabilitation. It is also suitable for people with stable NYHA class II & III heart failure who have completed heart failure rehabilitation.

NDIS Programs

At Your Path to Health, we are here to help you set and meet the goals of your NDIS Plan. Allowing you to maintain choice and control over your services and activities. We accept all NDIA Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed Participants.
