Group Fitness

Have you ever wanted to join a group exercise class at the gym? But haven’t felt comfortable or found big group classes hard to keep up. At Your Path to Health we run small group classes perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness level, lose a couple of extra kilos or love working hard with others.

Fit For Kids

Your Path to Health: Fit for Kids is a group exercise classes aimed at children aged 8-12. (Exceptions may apply). Classes are aimed at those who want to improve their health and fitness and/or combat any challenges they are having with sport or home activity.

Women’s Health Classes

Our Women-only programs are designed by women, for women, working with women to achieve their goals. These are small group classes where each individual is provided with an individualised program that will be tailored to you.

Type 2 Diabetes

Having Type 2 Diabetes shouldn’t be a life sentence. Diabetes can be very well managed by improving lifestyle choices. Our Type 2 Diabetes group classes are aimed at those with Type 2 Diabetes who are ready to make a change to improve their lifestyle.

Group Exercise – View Timetables

At Your Path to Health we have a comprehensive group exercise timetable run both out of Rosny and Derwent Park Clinics. With a wide variety of classes, so no matter your age or level of physical function, we have an exercise program that is going to help you to move more and feel better.

Lungs In Action

Lungs in Action is Lung Foundation Australia’s community based maintenance exercise program for people with stable chronic lung conditions who have completed a pulmonary rehabilitation. It is also suitable for people with stable NYHA class II & III heart failure who have completed heart failure rehabilitation.

Seniors Program

Here at Your Path to health we have a range of affordable and supportive program for seniors. All of our senior programs run both out of our Rosny and Derwent Park Clinics.

Strengthening Bones

Your Path to Health is providing an exercise class open to anyone that would like to strengthen their bones and improve their balance.
